Bean chili with meat by my Mum :)

Recipe Ingredients for Bean chili with pork

500 grams Dried Pink Beans
500 grams Sweetcorn
4 serving Apti Sunflower Oil
350 grams Spare Ribs
1 1/2 tbsp Potato Starch
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Bean chili with pork

Cut meat into thin stripes. Cook the beans in a pressure-cooker. When ready, fry the meat on the oil, add finely chopped onion, then beans and corn. Add water, and season with salt, pepper, chili pepper, oregano, bay leaf. Cook until the vegetables are soft, then stir the starch in some of the sauce, and add to the dish. Heat for some minutes.
