Recipe Ingredients for Bean and Cheese Burrito

31 oz Black Beans
64 oz Pinto Beans
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
15 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
16 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
20 tortillas 10'' Large Flour Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Bean and Cheese Burrito

Cook rice in 4 cups of water for roughly 40 minutes, or until tender. Rinse vegetables and strain out the water, mixing them together in a large container. Add rice and cheese to the mix, then place a large spoonful into each wrap. Once this is completed, they may be stored and frozen in sandwich bags.
