Bean and cheese burrito, flour tortilla, 1/2 avocado

Recipe Ingredients for Bean and cheese burrito

1 flour tortilla
1/4 cup refried beans
1/4 avocado
1/2 roasted red pepper
1/2 tomato
2 oz. cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Bean and cheese burrito

  1. Roll cheese and beans into tortilla

  2. Roast red peppers in a little olive oil

  3. Place burrito in pan

  4. Cover with red peppers

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

  6. Serve with side of avocado/guacamole
