Recipe Ingredients for Bean cassoulet

15 oz butter beans
15 oz kidney beans
14 oz stewed tomatoes
15 1/2 oz chick peas
16 oz. navy beans
2 T tomato paste
2 c tomato juice
2 cloves garlic
4 T thyme
4 T basil
4 T parsley
1 t bay leaf
3 carrots
1 onion

Recipe Directions for Bean cassoulet

  1. Drain and rinse beans.

  2. Add to crock pot.

  3. Chop carrots and onion.

  4. Add to crock pot.

  5. Add stewed tomatos, tomato paste and tomato juice.

  6. Add basil, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.

  7. Cook on low for 2 hours.
