Bean Casserole Made from Canned Beans and heat.

Recipe Ingredients for Bean Casserole (1 cup serving)

15 oz Vegetarian Salad Beans
15 1/2 oz Whole Kernel Corn
15 oz Black Beans, Organic
15 oz Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
4 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tbsp Honey
4 oz cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Bean Casserole (1 cup serving)

  1. Open Cans

  2. Drain

  3. Heat Beans

  4. Add oil

  5. Cook till starting to dry

  6. Mix honey and water and add

  7. Put in cayenne.
