Bean burgers made with mixed beans

Recipe Ingredients for Bean Burgers

133 g Kidney Beans
133 g White Beans
133 g Black Beans
50 g plain flour
1 large egg yolk
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp Olive oil

Recipe Directions for Bean Burgers

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mash together with your hands until you have a consistent dough.

  2. Wash your hands, and with wet hands, shape the mixture into hamburger portions. If the mixture begins to stick to you hands, wet them again.

  3. Pour 2 tbsp oil into a frying pan, and simmer the burgers until they've browned on each side.

  4. Serve in buns, with salad or other side dishes.
