Recipe Ingredients for Bean and Broccoli Melange

3 tbsp Butter
1.5 oz Flour
2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
8 oz Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
2 cup Potatoes, Boiled
0.5 cup chopped Red Onion
0.75 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Bean and Broccoli Melange

  1. Make a white sauce with the flour and milk, then add the shredded cheddar cheese.

  2. Steam the vegetables for 10 to 15 minutes, having cut them into bite-size pieces.

  3. Turn the vegetables into a baking dish and cover with the sauce.

  4. Mix the bread crumbs with the parmesan cheese and cover the vegetables. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
