280 grams ES Gourmet Bean Blend
100 grams Onions
100 grams Celery
100 grams Potatoes
200 grams Yam
25 grams Garlic
4 serving Yeast, Nutritional KAL (1/4 Cup, 4 Tbls)
3 oz Chia Seeds, Dried
2 serving Garlic Salt

Recipe Directions for Bean Blend Vegie Stew

  1. Soak Bean Blend over night rinse e times.

  2. in large pot cover with fresh water 1 - 1 1/2 inches above beans.

  3. Bring to boil and let simmer with onions and garlic 1 hr.

  4. add chopped veggies and Garlic salt and simmer and additional 20min add Chia seed stir in and let stand for 20 min.
