2 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
2 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds

Recipe Directions for Bean blend

Boil dry beans so they are almost fully soft. Let them cool and freeze. Add to other foods as wanted.
