Yummy beans. Low cal, fills the tummy but most of all its YUMMY!!!!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Bean bananza

1/2 cup Canned beans
1 tomato
1/2 onion
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 cup water
28 g Coriander

Recipe Directions for Bean bananza

  1. Fry onion and tomatos for 3 minutes or until tomato is cooked.

  2. Add chilli and canned mixed beans

  3. Add water after 1 minute

  4. Add 1 cup of water, let simmer on a low heat for 15-20mins or until reduced.

  5. Stir in coriander and serve.
