Recipe Ingredients for Bean Balls

8 oz firm tofu
1 cup TVP
1 1/2 cups refried beans
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup mushrooms (minced)
2 tbsp gravy master
1 tbsp minced dried onion
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Bean Balls

  1. Mash tofu and mix with all ingredients except bread crumbs.

  2. Make little meatballs about 1 and 1/2 inches large and roll in bread crumbs.

  3. Fry in lightly greased non stick pan

  4. Do not put in sauce until ready to serve
