1 bag of navy beans 3 potatoes (diced) 1 celery (diced) 3 slice bacon (cut 1 inch) Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds
3 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for Bean with Bacon Soup

  1. Boil beans til almost soft. Add diced potatoes and celery.

  2. Fry bacon til crisp (not burnt) Add to soup mixture. Cook til potatoes and celery are soft. Salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Serve hot.
