Recipe Ingredients for Beakfast Sweet Potatoes stir-fry

13 oz Sweetpotato
4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
5 oz Onions
0.33 serving Walnut Oil
0.33 tbsp Olive Oil
7 grams Ghee Clarified Butter
1 serving Liquid Aminos

Recipe Directions for Beakfast Sweet Potatoes stir-fry

add the oils and ghee to a Large Frying pan. Saute the veggies until they are done. Then put them in a bowl and using the liquids lft from the veggies, add the tbls of smart balance after the liquid has cooled. When it comes to a boil again, add the potatoes, Fry them and then add the veggies and the Braggs Aminos. Serve hot.
