Very smooth and nutrient rich soup

Recipe Ingredients for BCZ Soup

10 bunches broccoli
1 head cauliflower
3 zuccini
2 onion
3 beef bouillon cubes
12 cups water
5 tbsp red pepper flakes
5 tbsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for BCZ Soup

  1. in large pot, boil water and dissolve bouillon cubes

  2. chop all vegetables (bigger pieces) and add to pot

  3. add red pepper flakes and garlic powder (suggest using only 1/2 of amount used in this recipe as garlic is very pronounced when soup settles)

  4. let boil until brocolli and cauliflower are medium done

  5. ladel soup into blender in parts (roughly 3/4 full blender)

  6. blend/puree

  7. *makes large quantity. Good for freezing in individual serving sizes
