3 cup uncooked brown rice
8 med bell peppers
1 1/4 lbs uncooked ground turkey
3 cup tomato soup
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 medium yellow onion
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp salted butter
1 tsp salt
