Recipe Ingredients for BC's Southwestern Chicken Chili

12 oz canned yellow corn
12 oz canned red kidney beans
12 oz canned black beans
28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
24 oz Chicken Breasts - Fried
1/2 large yellow onion
4 tbsp Chili Powder
8 oz canned chopped green peppers
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 cup grated chedder cheese

Recipe Directions for BC's Southwestern Chicken Chili

  1. Cook Chicken, chop into cubes.

  2. Rinse canned ingredients and combine with chicken. Let cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat - serve hot, add sourcream and cheese.
