tart, lo-cal, no sugar cabbage slaw

Recipe Ingredients for BC's slaw

1/2 head cabbage (shredded) (10 cups)
3/4 cup mayo
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp splenda no calorie
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp celery seed
1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
1/4 cup red or green pepper (in thin strips)(optional)

Recipe Directions for BC's slaw

  1. core half head of cabbage. slice thinly.

  2. mix mayo, salt, vinegar, splenda, pepper, salt, and celery seed.

  3. pour over cabbage and mix all. (now is time to add celery and/or peppers)

  4. chill
