Recipe Ingredients for BC's Hot & Sour Soup

8 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
10 oz uncooked lean pork
12 oz extra firm tofu
4 oz bamboo shoots
1/4 cup chives
1 1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp white pepper
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp corn starch
1 egg

Recipe Directions for BC's Hot & Sour Soup

Combine, bring to a boil, simmer until it thickens... Add beaten egg & chopped scallions last.
