(Blackberry, Cherry, and Raspberry) Yogurt. Made with frozen unsweetened fruit and fat free yogurt. (The closest I could find to fat free yogurt was low fat, so that's what is in the recipe calculation. Serving size is 1 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for BCR Yogurt

1 cup dark cherries, frozen
1 cup blackberries, frozen
1 cup raspberries, frozen
3 cup fat free yogurt

Recipe Directions for BCR Yogurt

Mix fruit into yogurt. Divide into containers and refrigerate.
