1 pound Great Northern beans, rinsed and sorted. Add 1 1/2 cup (dry) brown rice and 15 baby carrots

1 pound Great Northern Beans
1 1/2 cup brown rice
15 baby carrots
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for BB(r)C- Beans, Brown Rice, and Carrots

Soak, rinse and sort beans. Add 1/4 cup olive oil to slow cooker. Add beans, dry rice, and carrots. Cover with water. Set on low for 6-7 hours.
