Great source of lean protein with very little work.

Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Turkey & Black Bean Burritos

20 oz ground turkey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
15 oz black beans
1/2 c BBQ sauce
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
4 whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Directions for BBQ Turkey & Black Bean Burritos

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat in a 12" skillet. Add ground turkey. Cook 2 minutes, stir occasionally.

  2. Add garlic and continue cooking until the turkey is no longer pink.

  3. Rinse and drain the black beans. Add beans and barbecue sauce to the skillet and stir.

  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly over mixture and continue to cook without stirring until cheese melts.

  5. Warm the tortillas in microwave as per package directions.

  6. Spoon turkey mixture into each tortilla and roll up.
