Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Succotash

1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped red onion
1 red bell pepper
14 oz black beans, rinsed and drained
10 oz frozen corn
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp chopped chives

Recipe Directions for BBQ Succotash

saute onion and peppers in olive oil, add beans and corn and season with salt and pepper. when heated through add bbq sauce. warm through and serve with chives.
