Used frozen package of 2 thighs from BJs. Serve on a Kaiser roll (not included in recipe). Best served with Cole Slaw.

Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

2 pound chicken thighs
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions for BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

  1. Place frozen or thawed thighs in slow cooker

  2. Mix all other ingredients together to make sauce

  3. Pour sauce over chicken

  4. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8-10 hours.

  5. Vary time if using frozen chicken.

  6. Once cooked, pull apart with fork.
