1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 red pepper
2 carrots
1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 whole wheat hamburger buns

Recipe Directions for BBQ Sloppy Joes

  1. BROWN meat with onions, peppers and carrots in large nonstick skillet on medium heat, stirring frequently.

  2. ADD barbecue sauce; cook 5 min. or until mixture is heated through and peppers are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in cheese.

  3. SPOON evenly into buns.
