Recipe Ingredients for BBQ sauce - Spicy No Salt added

1 medium onion, chopped
3 peppers, jalapeno raw
14 1/2 oz tomatoes, diced, canned, no salt added
3 tomatoes, plum, chopped
2 1/2 T Honey
2 1/2 T White Wine Vinegar
3/4 t Curry Powder
1/2 t Coriander, Ground
1 t cayenne pepper
1/2 c cilantro, dried crushed
1 T lemon juice
1 t ginger, dried ground
1 t Pepper, black ground
1 T olive oil, extra virgin

Recipe Directions for BBQ sauce - Spicy No Salt added

  1. Saute onion in oil

  2. add tomatoes and all remaining ingredients

  3. adjust cayenne pepper to taste

  4. Simmer for 45 minutes
