BBQ Cranberry sauce (no tomato), makes roughly 1 qt.

Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Sauce, Cranberry (no tomato)

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
15 oz jellied cranberry sauce
1/3 cup vinegar, cider
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for BBQ Sauce, Cranberry (no tomato)

  1. Pre-Heat Oil in large saucepan over medium heat

  2. Cook finely chopped onion, finely chopped green bell pepper & fresh minced garlic in hot oil for 3-5 minutes

  3. Turn heat to low and add cranberry sauce, cider vinegar, honey, mustard, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce.

  4. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring frequently
