This is an awesome marinade. You can also freeze it and use it over accompanying rice.

Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Salmon

1 tbs butter
1 tbs honey
1 tbs packed brown sugar
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs dijon mustard
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for BBQ Salmon

In a small saucepan, heat butter, honey and sugar over low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Mix remaining ingredients together then add to the mixture in the sauce pan. Let cool. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Place in a large ziplock bag with marinade. (Set some aside for basting or to serve with rice) Marinate in the refrigerator for several hours. when ready to grill, remove fish from marinade and discard the marinade in the bag. Grill salmon until cooked, turning once. Use a little of the marinade to baste the fish while cooking. Remove from grill and serve!
