Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Pulled Pork

4.83 lb pork sirloin roast, bone-in
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
0.34 cup apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for BBQ Pulled Pork

  1. Take 1 package McCkomick Seasoning.

  2. Place pork in slow cooker.

  3. Mix seasoning, ketchup brown sugar, and vinegar until blended. Pour over pork. Cover.

  4. Cook 8 hours on Low or 4 hours on High. Remove pork from slow cooker.

  5. Shred pork using two forks. Return pork to slow cooker; mix and heat with sauce before serving.
