Low Cal BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe (Crock Pot)

Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Pulled Pork

2 1/4 pounds of Pork Tenderloin
1 cup of ginger ale
1 cup of onions
1 clove of garlic
12 oz barbeque sauce

Recipe Directions for BBQ Pulled Pork

  1. Dice 1 cup of onions

  2. Dice 1 clove of garlic

  3. Add pork tenderloin and onions and garlic to crock pot

  4. Add 1 cup of ginger ale soda (not diet)

  5. Cook on low in crockpot for 8-10 hours

  6. Drain fat and juices from pot

  7. Shred pork with a fork (careful meet is very hot)

  8. Add 1 bottle of BBQ sauce to shredded pork

  9. I like to add more fresh onions and garlic
