Pulled BBQ Chicken made in the crockpot

Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Pulled Crockpot Chicken

19 oz bbq sauce
2 lbs chicken breast
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for BBQ Pulled Crockpot Chicken

  1. Wash and prepare chicken breast

  2. Chop onion

  3. Spray crockpot liberally with cooking spray

  4. Throw onion into crock pot

  5. Add chicken breast

  6. Pour bottle of BBQ sauce over chicken and onion, and stir to coat everything.

  7. Sprinkle pepper over chicken, cover, and set on low for 7-8 hours.

  8. Serve on sandwich thins or wheat buns, or over a salad.
