Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Prawns

12 large prawns
3 large tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon coriander seed
3 Pepper, Banana hot
5 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons cayenne
1 large onion
2 cups pineapple

Recipe Directions for BBQ Prawns

  1. Marinate prawns in crushed coriander seed, cayene.

  2. Put on spikes in the order of Pinapple, banana pepper tomatoe cube prawn. If the spikes are long repeat.

  3. Roast on open grill medium heat.

  4. Serve as is or make your own BBQ sauce.
