Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Prawn Skewers

192 g Prawns
1 tbsp olive oil
50 g Red onion
160 g red pepper
160 g green pepper
50 ml lemon juice
200 g zucchini

Recipe Directions for BBQ Prawn Skewers

  1. Blitz together the onion, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil to form a paste and use to cover the prawns for about 1 hour to marinade.

  2. Make skewers using alternate pieces of pepper, courgette and prawn.

  3. BBQ!!!
