Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Mushrooms and Peppers

40 medium White Button Mushrooms Packaged
2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
6 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for BBQ Mushrooms and Peppers

Chop peppers into approx 1/2 inch pieces. Chop stem off mushrooms, wash. Combine peppers and mushrooms. Add peeled garlic. Add olive oil and salt. Toss. BBQ in steel BBQ basket.
