Very Very Good! If you don't have a meatloaf meat mix available to you, try a mix of ground turkey and beef, that you do yourself. 8 oz beef, 8 oz turkey, since most meat packs come by the pound, simply freeze the remainder

Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Meatloaf

5 3/10 oz ground veal
5 3/10 oz ground pork
5 3/10 oz ground beef
2 oz barbecue sauce, jack daniels
1 egg
1 slice white toast
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/3 cup diced onion
8 oz tomato paste
1 cup mushroom
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for BBQ Meatloaf

  1. Toast a slice of white or wheat bread, either one and mash it with your fingers until you have bread crumbs

  2. I used already diced frozen green pepper and onion, however, if you want to do fresh dice your green pepper and DICED onion and dump it in a medium to large mixing bowl

  3. lightly beat your egg and add it to the bowl along with your bbq sauce

  4. Then, add your meat and using your handings fold everything present in the bowl into the meat.

  5. Put your meatloaf into a loaf pan (spray the pan if it's not non stick) and put it in the oven at 350 F until the meat itself is fully cooked.

  6. In a lightly sprayed saucepan, carmelize mushrooms and sliced (preferably sweet or vidalia onion) onion, add tomato paste a maybe a dab of jack daniels bbq, and add you're water, stir until throughly heated and add this on top of your delicious meatloaf.

  7. Enjoy!
