This is a low calorie, taisty meal, for the whole family. Side with it a fresh salad or hot cob of corn.

Recipe Ingredients for BBQ chicken and vegetable skewers

12 oz chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
2 white onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for BBQ chicken and vegetable skewers

  1. Wash and cut the chicken into cubes.

  2. Wash and cut the onion and the red bell peppers into cubes.

  3. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to the chicken.

  4. Place the chicken, peppers and onions on the skewers alternativly on each skewer.

  5. Place on a medium to medium high hot grill and turn every 5 minutes.

  6. cook for about 10-15 minutes until meat is well cooked.
