Yummy, low fat BBQ Chicken recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Chicken

16 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup diet coke
1 cup ketchup

Recipe Directions for BBQ Chicken

  1. Mix diet coke and ketchup in a bowl.

  2. Using a large skillet, put in a enough of the mixture to coat the bottom of the pan. Put in chicken breasts. Pour in the rest of the mixture over the chicken.

  3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 45 minutes.

  4. After 45 minutes, take out chicken, turn up heat on the sauce. Cook until thickened.
