Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Chicken Pizza

1 whole wheat tortilla
2 tablespoons bbq sauce
2 oz. skinless chicken breast
2 oz part-skim mozzarella
1 tablespoon cilantro

Recipe Directions for BBQ Chicken Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Sray cooking spray on a baking sheet and place tortilla shell on the baking sheet

  3. Dice up chicken into small pieces and set aside

  4. Spread BBQ sauce in a thin layer on tortilla shell

  5. Top with chicken and mozzarella

  6. Chop up cilantro and sprinkle on top of pizza

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until slightly browned on top
