1 cup light bbq sauce
1.35 kg boneless skinless chicken thighs

Recipe Directions for BBQ Chicken Burgers

  1. Dump meat into the slow cooker.

  2. Add sauce, mix well.

  3. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or longer if you want (they weren't quite done on low after 4 hours).

  4. Finish off on bbq (could be done just to get the bbq flavour or longer if you are in a hurry and the chicken isn't finished cooking.

  5. Serve on buns with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, or eat with a salad.
