BBQ Sauce with Shredded Beef made in a crock pot for sandwiches. Best I have ever had. Excellent

Recipe Ingredients for BBQ Beef

1 can (10 1/2 ounce) condensed beef broth
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 lbs. beef roast
1 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for BBQ Beef

  1. In a small bowl, shisk the first eight ingredients. Pour half of mixture into a 5qt. slow cooker. Sprinkle beef with salt; add to slow cooker and top with remaining broth mixture.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or until meat is tender. Shred meat with two forks and return to slow cooker. Using a slotted spoon, place 1/2 cup beef mixture on each bun. Top with pickles if desired.

  3. Yield: 16 servings
