4/5 cups canned tomatoes
75 grams onion, sliced
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 cups Red Kidney Beans

Recipe Directions for Bay's Red Kidney Bean Stew

  1. Fry onion in olive oil

  2. Add pepper and eggplant

  3. Fry until soft

  4. Add tomatoes and spices/herbs

  5. Serve beside cooked brown rice
