Recipe Ingredients for Bay's Chili

440 grams Ground Beef
1 1/2 cups Tomatoes, Canned, Whole
3 1/2 cups eggplant, chopped
8 Mushrooms, chopped
1 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
1 cup onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
4 tbsp ketchup
50 grams Tomato Paste
2 cups red kidney beans
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Bay's Chili

  1. Fry mince with onion and garlic

  2. Add mexican spice and tomatoe paste

  3. Add water, vegetables and salt and pepper to taste

  4. Allow to simmer until vegetables are soft
