Recipe Ingredients for Bay Scallop Chowder

2 cups half and half
2 tbl butter
3 carrots
3 red potatoes
3 celery stalks
3 oz. mushrooms
1 red bell pepper
1 pound bay scallops
1 onion
1 tsp. oregano

Recipe Directions for Bay Scallop Chowder

sautee veggies in butter until soft. Add milk or half and half, salt and pepper for seasoning, and oregano. Heat through. Add scallops. simmer 5 minutes and serve.
