A wonderfully light granola, not sticky at all. Perfect for mixing with yogurt or as a cereal.

Recipe Ingredients for Bay Ledge Granola

1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash of salt
1 dash of nutmeg
3 cups oats
1 cup shredded coconut
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Bay Ledge Granola

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients and heat in the microwave. Stir until mixed well.

  2. Combine the next 3 ingredients in a baking dish. Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients and stir to coat completely.

  3. Bake in the oven at 300 degrees for 30 minutes (or until well browned throughout), stirring every 5 minutes.

  4. Cool completely an add raisins (or dried fruit of choice).
