Recipe Ingredients for Bay Cafe Scallops

12 oz. scallops
1/3 c. Rice Vinegar
1/3 c. Soy Sauce, Made From Soy And Wheat (Shoyu), Low Sodium
80 grams Vermouth
2 tbsp. ginger, fresh, minced
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. garlic, fresh, chopped

Recipe Directions for Bay Cafe Scallops

  1. Combine, vinegar, soy sauce, sweet vermouth, ginger, honey, and garlic. Reduce to nice sauce.

  2. Saute scallops.

  3. cover with sauce. and Serve with pasta, or rice.
