Recipe Ingredients for Bavarian Walnut Bread

1/4 cup honey
2 3/4 cups hot water
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp yeast
6 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups walnuts

Recipe Directions for Bavarian Walnut Bread

mix 2 cups of flour and other dry ingredients with Fast Rise Yeast. Combine honey and water until fully blended. Add to dry and continue adding flour until no longer sticky. Knead 10 minutes. Cover and allow to rise until double. Punch down and form into 2 round loaves on a greased cookie sheet. Let rise again until double. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until done.
