Recipe Ingredients for Bauern Fruhstuck

1423 g potatoes (about a dozen)
1/8 cup margarine
490 g ham
6 eggs
1 dash pepper
1/8 cup milk
295 g cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Bauern Fruhstuck

  1. Cube potatoes quite small (the smaller you cube them the faster they cook).

  2. Fry in frying pan with margarine until they appear cooked and have started browning.

  3. Add ham and fry a little longer.

  4. Whisk eggs, milk and pepper.

  5. Add egg mixture to frying pan and mix well.

  6. Fry until everything seems to be browning nicely and is cooked.

  7. Add cheese and heat until melted.

  8. Enjoy!
