1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
30 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 serving Ground Cumin Spice
2 Teaspoon Juice

Recipe Directions for Batata wrojo

boil the potatoes with the cumin spice,, mix the flour with half a cup of water while potatoes are boiling.. when potatoes get soft add the flour mixture and stir.. add lemon and boil for another 5 minute... ready to serve straight after...
