One of my family's favorite dishes.

Recipe Ingredients for Basil Turkey Burgers

1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
4 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup finely crumbled feta cheese
1 Season salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 pound lean ground turkey
1 Avocado

Recipe Directions for Basil Turkey Burgers

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape into patties.

  2. Grill (spray grill with Olive oil), covered, over indirect medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Serve onion, avocados and tomato on top.
