Broiled tomatoes with basil, olive oil and mozzarella cheese. really quick and delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Basil tomatoes

2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs fresh basil
2 oz mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Basil tomatoes

Cut tomatoes in half and put into a oven safe dish. Drizzle with olive oil. Chop basil and scatter over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Place under the broiler until the cheese is browned and tomatoes look cooked. Will only take about 8 minutes, or less/
