Recipe Ingredients for Basil-Spinach Paste

3 tbsp Basil, Fresh
0.67 cup Spinach
4 1tsp Olive Oil
1 fl oz Soup, Chicken Broth
0.5 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
0.5 tsp Vinegar red wine
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Basil-Spinach Paste

  1. 1. Thaw spinach, and add to a 2-cup measuring cup.

  2. 2. Add basil, vinegar, broth, pepper, and roughly chopped garlic.

  3. 3. Pulse with immersion blender until mostly blended. Put in oil a little at a time, blending each time, to create a paste.

  4. 4. Season with salt to taste.
